And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns…
And I stood upon the sand of the sea,
and saw a beast rise up out of the sea,
having seven heads and ten horns,
and upon his horns ten crowns,
and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
And the beast which I saw
was like unto a leopard,
and his feet were as the feet of a bear,
and his mouth as the mouth of a lion:
and the dragon gave him his power,
and his seat, and great authority.
And I saw one of his heads
as it were wounded to death;
and his deadly wound was healed:
and all the world wondered after the beast.
And they worshipped the dragon
which gave power unto the beast:
and they worshipped the beast, saying,
Who is like unto the beast?
who is able to make war with him?
And there was given unto him a mouth
speaking great things and blasphemies;
and power was given unto him
to continue forty and two months.
And he opened his mouth
in blasphemy against God,
to blaspheme his name,
and his tabernacle,
and them that dwell in heaven.
And it was given unto him
to make war with the saints,
and to overcome them:
and power was given him over all kindreds,
and tongues, and nations.
And all that dwell upon the earth
shall worship him,
whose names are not written
in the book of life of the Lamb
slain from the foundation of the world.
If any man have an ear,
let him hear.
He that leadeth into captivity
shall go into captivity:
he that killeth with the sword
must be killed with the sword.
Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
And I saw another angel
fly in the midst of heaven,
having the everlasting gospel
to preach unto them that dwell on the earth,
and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Saying with a loud voice,
Fear God,
and give glory to him;
for the hour of his judgment is come:
and worship him that made heaven,
and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
And there followed another angel,
saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen,
that great city,
because she made all nations
drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.
And the third angel followed them,
saying with a loud voice,
If any man worship the beast and his image,
and receive his mark in his forehead,
or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
which is poured out without mixture
into the cup of his indignation;
and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone
in the presence of the holy angels,
and in the presence of the Lamb:
And the smoke of their torment
ascendeth up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night,
who worship the beast and his image,
and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Here is the patience of the saints:
here are they that keep the commandments of God,
and the faith of Jesus.
And there came one of the seven angels
which had the seven vials,
and talked with me, saying unto me,
Come hither;
I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore
that sitteth upon many waters:
With whom the kings of the earth
have committed fornication,
and the inhabitants of the earth
have been made drunk
with the wine of her fornication.
So he carried me away
in the spirit into the wilderness:
and I saw
a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast,
full of names of blasphemy,
having seven heads and ten horns.
And the woman was arrayed
in purple and scarlet colour,
and decked with gold
and precious stones and pearls,
having a golden cup in her hand
full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
And upon her forehead was a name written,
MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT,
THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS
AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
And I saw the woman
drunken with the blood of the saints,
and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus:
and when I saw her,
I wondered with great admiration.
And the angel said unto me,
Wherefore didst thou marvel?
I will tell thee the mystery of the woman,
and of the beast that carrieth her,
which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
The beast that thou sawest was,
and is not;
and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit,
and go into perdition:
and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder,
whose names were not written in the book of life
from the foundation of the world,
when they behold the beast that was,
and is not, and yet is.
And here is the mind which hath wisdom.
The seven heads are seven mountains,
on which the woman sitteth.
And there are seven kings:
five are fallen, and one is,
and the other is not yet come;
and when he cometh,
he must continue a short space.
And the beast that was,
and is not,
even he is the eighth,
and is of the seven,
and goeth into perdition.
And the ten horns which thou sawest
are ten kings,
which have received
no kingdom as yet;
but receive power as kings
one hour with the beast.
These have one mind,
and shall give
their power and strength unto the beast.
These shall make war with the Lamb,
and the Lamb shall overcome them:
for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings:
and they that are with him are called,
and chosen, and faithful.
And he saith unto me,
The waters which thou sawest,
where the whore sitteth,
are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
And the ten horns
which thou sawest upon the beast,
these shall hate the whore,
and shall make her desolate and naked,
and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
For God hath put in their hearts
to fulfil his will,
and to agree,
and give their kingdom unto the beast,
until the words of God shall be fulfilled.
And the woman
which thou sawest
is that great city,
which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
And after these things
I saw another angel
come down from heaven,
having great power;
and the earth was lightened with his glory.
And he cried mightily with a strong voice,
saying,
Babylon the great is fallen,
is fallen,
and is become the habitation of devils,
and the hold of every foul spirit,
and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
For all nations have drunk of the wine
of the wrath of her fornication,
and the kings of the earth
have committed fornication with her,
and the merchants of the earth
are waxed rich
through the abundance of her delicacies.
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying,
Come out of her, my people,
that ye be not partakers of her sins,
and that ye receive not of her plagues.
For her sins have reached unto heaven,
and God hath remembered her iniquities.
Reward her even as she rewarded you,
and double unto her double according to her works:
in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
How much she hath glorified herself,
and lived deliciously,
so much torment and sorrow give her:
for she saith in her heart,
I sit a queen, and am no widow,
and shall see no sorrow.
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day,
death, and mourning, and famine;
and she shall be utterly burned with fire:
for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
And the kings of the earth,
who have committed fornication
and lived deliciously with her,
shall bewail her, and lament for her,
when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
Standing afar off
for the fear of her torment,
saying,
Alas, alas, that great city Babylon,
that mighty city!
for in one hour is thy judgment come.
And the merchants of the earth
shall weep and mourn over her;
for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
The merchandise of gold,
and silver, and precious stones,
and of pearls, and fine linen,
and purple, and silk, and scarlet,
and all thyine wood,
and all manner vessels of ivory,
and all manner vessels of most precious wood,
and of brass, and iron, and marble,
And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments,
and frankincense, and wine, and oil,
and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts,
and sheep, and horses, and chariots,
and slaves, and souls of men.
And the fruits
that thy soul lusted after
are departed from thee,
and all things which were dainty and goodly
are departed from thee,
and thou shalt find them no more at all.
The merchants of these things,
which were made rich by her,
shall stand afar off
for the fear of her torment,
weeping and wailing,
And saying,
Alas, alas, that great city,
that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet,
and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
For in one hour
so great riches is come to nought.
And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships,
and sailors, and as many as trade by sea,
stood afar off,
And cried
when they saw the smoke of her burning,
saying,
What city is like unto this great city!
And they cast dust on their heads,
and cried,
weeping and wailing,
saying,
Alas, alas, that great city,
wherein were made rich all
that had ships in the sea
by reason of her costliness!
for in one hour is she made desolate.
Rejoice over her, thou heaven,
and ye holy apostles and prophets;
for God hath avenged you on her.
And a mighty angel
took up a stone like a great millstone,
and cast it into the sea, saying,
Thus with violence
shall that great city Babylon be thrown down,
and shall be found no more at all.
And the voice of harpers,
and musicians, and of pipers,
and trumpeters,
shall be heard no more at all in thee;
and no craftsman,
of whatsoever craft he be,
shall be found any more in thee;
and the sound of a millstone
shall be heard no more at all in thee;
And the light of a candle
shall shine no more at all in thee;
and the voice of the bridegroom
and of the bride
shall be heard no more at all in thee:
for thy merchants
were the great men of the earth;
for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
And in her was found
the blood of prophets,
and of saints,
and of all
that were slain upon the earth.
And I saw another sign in heaven,
great and marvellous,
seven angels having the seven last plagues;
for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
And I saw as it were
a sea of glass mingled with fire:
and them that had gotten
the victory over the beast,
and over his image,
and over his mark,
and over the number of his name,
stand on the sea of glass,
having the harps of God.
And they sing the song of Moses
the servant of God,
and the song of the Lamb,
saying, Great and marvellous are thy works,
Lord God Almighty;
just and true are thy ways,
thou King of saints.
Who shall not fear thee, O Lord,
and glorify thy name?
for thou only art holy:
for all nations shall come
and worship before thee;
for thy judgments are made manifest.
And after that I looked, and, behold,
the temple of the tabernacle
of the testimony in heaven was opened:
And the seven angels came out of the temple,
having the seven plagues,
clothed in pure and white linen,
and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
And one of the four beasts
gave unto the seven angels
seven golden vials full of the wrath of God,
who liveth for ever and ever.
And the temple was filled with smoke
from the glory of God,
and from his power;
and no man was able to enter into the temple,
till the seven plagues
of the seven angels were fulfilled.
And I heard a great voice out of the temple
saying to the seven angels,
Go your ways,
and pour out the vials
of the wrath of God upon the earth.
And the first went,
and poured out his vial upon the earth;
and there fell a noisome and grievous sore
upon the men which had the mark of the beast,
and upon them which worshipped his image.
And the second angel
poured out his vial upon the sea;
and it became as the blood of a dead man:
and every living soul died in the sea.
And the third angel
poured out his vial
upon the rivers and fountains of waters;
and they became blood.
And I heard the angel of the waters say,
Thou art righteous, O Lord,
which art, and wast,
and shalt be,
because thou hast judged thus.
For they have shed the blood of saints
and prophets,
and thou hast given them blood to drink;
for they are worthy.
And I heard another out of the altar say,
Even so,
Lord God Almighty,
true and righteous are thy judgments.
And the fourth angel
poured out his vial upon the sun;
and power was given
unto him to scorch men with fire.
And men were scorched with great heat,
and blasphemed the name of God,
which hath power over these plagues:
and they repented not
to give him glory.
And the fifth angel
poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast;
and his kingdom was full of darkness;
and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
And blasphemed the God of heaven
because of their pains and their sores,
and repented not of their deeds.
And the sixth angel
poured out his vial
upon the great river Euphrates;
and the water thereof was dried up,
that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs
come out of the mouth of the dragon,
and out of the mouth of the beast,
and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
For they are the spirits of devils,
working miracles,
which go forth unto the kings of the earth
and of the whole world,
to gather them
to the battle
of that great day of God Almighty.
Behold, I come as a thief.
Blessed is he that watcheth,
and keepeth his garments,
lest he walk naked,
and they see his shame.
And he gathered them together
into a place
called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
And the seventh angel
poured out his vial into the air;
and there came a great voice
out of the temple of heaven,
from the throne,
saying,
It is done.
And there were voices,
and thunders, and lightnings;
and there was a great earthquake,
such as was not
since men were upon the earth,
so mighty an earthquake,
and so great.
And the great city
was divided into three parts,
and the cities of the nations fell:
and great Babylon
came in remembrance before God,
to give unto her
the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
And every island fled away,
and the mountains were not found.
And there fell upon men
a great hail out of heaven,
every stone about the weight of a talent:
and men blasphemed God
because of the plague of the hail;
for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
Take ye heed,
watch and pray:
for ye know not when the time is.
Watch ye therefore,
and pray always,
that ye may be accounted worthy
to escape all these things that shall come to pass,
and to stand before the Son of man.
----------
AND I BEHELD ANOTHER BEAST COMING UP OUT OF THE EARTH….
Like in a dream at night,
You are the land of opportunity,
Declaring once your independence from the King,
Motivated by the freedom of conscience,
Passionate by the spirit of liberty,
You became a harbor of hope in reality.
For many pilgrims you were the “New World”,
Almost like a promised land of Canaan,
A land of plenty,
A so called “New Atlantis”,
Where the pursuit of happiness,
Was the mindset of the time.
Many freed themselves from oppression,
And fled from religious persecution,
Leaving behind the crimes of Ages,
Crossing the big water,
To find peace in abundance,
And hope for eternity.
After many years of conquer,
And evil doing,
You declared with a loud voice….
“All men are created equal”
While keeping many people in slavery,
Indeed…I must say,
You are a land of contrasts,
Morally as philosophically.
From the beginning,
You had a double and splitted personality,
One that was of light,
Another of deep darkness,
One working for good fruits in the open,
The other conspiring behind closed doors.
All under a Masonic moon,
One working in the light,
And another in the hidden dark,
Coexisting side by side,
Sharing the same land,
Both influencing and inspiring minds and souls,
To one or the other side.
But wisely you established two Kingdoms within your nation,
Dividing the two horns of civil and religious power,
Separation between Church and State,
This may have been one of your highest achievements,
Building a Government of the people,
By the people and for the people.
These were once your foundation….
Creating an environment of progress,
Where Freedom of Speech,
As Freedom of Press was guaranteed,
And highly defended,
Not only tolerated,
But celebrated and proudly proclaimed,
Censorship was of none existence,
Ensuring no prohibition on the freedom of thought,
Nor the exercise of religion.
The Right of Privacy you highly regarded,
The Right of Private property you strongly protected,
Right to petition and freedom of assembly loud promoted,
Even more…
Habeas Corpus was once practiced as a moral principal.
Your powerful framers in the hidden once declared,
To have built a Republic for sinners,
And not for saints.
Meanwhile two hundred years have passed,
Driving on the highway of time,
Writing not only your own,
But the history of this world.
Once you were a small plant,
Today the biggest tree of all,
Spying on your friends,
Overshadowing your allies,
And destroying your enemies.
You grew from a colonial status,
Through conflict and confusion,
Into a Civil War…
From a Federation of States,
To a Confederation,
To a constitutional Republic,
Representing as good you could….
The will of the people.
Slowly over time,
From divide and conquer,
Through erosion, corruption and infiltration…
Your so beloved Republic fell,
Almost like two towers,
That crumbled to dust,
Falling from the sky.
But not over night,
You evolved to “The Empire” of today,
To the kind of Imperialism,
One… the world has never seen,
You moved from a blessing up to be the global player,
Ruled by a “Shadow Government” and “Secret Societies”,
By a so called “Deep State”.
You moved,
From a beautiful Lamb like animal,
And transformed almost into Lamb like beast,
One that looks like a lamb,
But at the same time,
One that speaks like a dragon,
Why do you listen to the serpent voice…?
By legislating morality and the conscience of the people,
Your sympathy for corporate Fascism is reflected by your fruits,
Your hunger for absolute power and control is unsaturated,
Not only through your global currency,
Or through your economical and political strength,
But by your industrial military complex,
Ruling by the law of Fear and Terror,
By the means of deceit,
By the power of drones and bombs,
This sadly has become your daily bread.
Bombing 24/7,
To bring peace and democracy,
Justifying your acts with the words,
“We are the good ones”,
While representing a deeply mendacious system,
Creating wars and rumors of wars,
Ruling with a iron fist,
With fear and terror,
Creating Problems,
Managing Reactions,
And presenting the Solution,
But what´s your aim…?
A Global Revolution?
A Postmodern Civil War?
Or only full spectrum dominance?
But there is more….
For the first time in your history,
You directly called upon the forces of darkness,
Inviting “Vicarious Filii Dei” also known as “The man of sin”
Giving him honor and glory,
Worshipping his name,
From Capitol Hill,
Inside the temple of Jupiter,
Most gave their strength to the “ultramontane”,
By receiving his counsel and proposal with joy.
This is the highway of the time…
“The broken road to destruction”,
Managing the conflict between Thesis and Antithesis,
Creating the desired Synthesis out of chaos,
As in old times practiced by the first beast,
Where the end justifies the means…
This and only this…
Is the real art of war.
Rubbing conservative mindsets against liberals,
Liberals against conservatives,
The political right wing against the left,
The political left wing against the right,
While in actual fact,
All belong to the same bird.
By controlling both sides of the conflict,
The poor against the rich,
The rich against the poor,
Black against white, white against black,
White against white, black against black,
Foreigners against Natives,
Natives against Foreigners,
Globalism versus Nationalism,
Nationalism versus Globalism,
And overall...
Religious mindsets challenging the secular,
And vice versa,
This is the real chessboard of the devil.
Supporting and financing social justice warriors,
Some even call themselves “Antifascists”,
Fighting Fascism where there is none,
Using the methods of Fascists,
Forbidding the Freedom of Speech,
Everyone they don´t agree.
Through all kind of “enter-tain-ment”
Creating bombs of mass distraction,
Nurturing the multiplication of ignorance,
Practicing inconsistence,
Indoctrinating the minds of the youth,
And the hearts of the old,
Trying to remove common sense,
To the point of no return.
Where sanity is considered as insane,
Where good becomes evil,
And evil becomes good,
Destroying the constitutional fundament,
The only fundament on that your nation is built.
The first amendment,
Has literally become a thorn in your eyes,
Once you enforced it to win ground,
To gain power and influence,
But today you want to abolish it,
And the world shall follow.
Mainstream and Social Media are on your side,
Stirring up the pot of chaos,
Creating public opinion out of nothing,
Helping you to sacrifice Liberty for Security,
Knowing very well,
That both will be lost at the end.
From religious liberty and freedom of conscience,
Once again,
History will repeat itself,
And move from censorship to persecution.
The attempt to dominate and unite the world by force,
In worship…
Is the same old rebellion against God,
As in ancient times,
The construction of the tower of Babel was.
The angels are holding back the winds of strive,
While you play the police man of the world,
But for how long you want to go further down this road?
How much more lives must be sacrificed?
How much more innocent blood are you willing to shed,
Until you powerful will repent?
You say in “God we trust”,
While you uplift your holy flag above His principals,
You say “One Nation under God”
At the same time you ignore and violate His moral standards.
Let me tell you…
National Apostasy will ultimately lead to National ruin.
But diligently you continue help,
To rebuild the bridges of Babylon,
By stretching out your hands over the Atlantic,
Serving the King of the North,
The King of Babylon.
Here is wisdom….
Let him that hath understanding,
Count the number of the beast:
For it is the number of a man…
And his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
-----------
MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF …
Your light is like of many fallen stars
Beautiful and mysterious are your spells
Tradition is your weapon,
Receiving worship you most high aim,
You made drunk all the nations,
With wine of your deceitful teaching,
You call yourself the center of the world,
Indeed, all streets end in your city.
You care to make “love" with many lovers’,
While you say “I AM” your only one,
You invite everybody to eat from your table,
Seducing all kings to build you a great tower,
And an earthly kingdom for the next thousand years,
But let me tell you…
There is no freedom in your kingdom,
Nor liberty will prevail,
You gather the people to rebel against me,
Uplifting yourself above all heavens,
While concerning the people of the land with your laws,
Invading their conscience with your falsehood,
As with your fallen sense of morality,
You make them break my precious ten.
Who gave you permission to change my law of liberty?
Who allowed you to distort my time?
You command your daughters to dance and they dance,
Tantalizing the faith of many forwards to destruction,
Divide and conquer is your field and passion,
Then I know, your generals perfected “The Art of War”,
You take and add to my word however it pleases you,
As the serpent in the Garden of Eden.
Mysterious is your name,
Babylon the Great,
Mother of ALL…
But I know your real name.
Spiritual confusion is your long awaited goal,
Universal your influence,
Blinding everybody’s eyes,
Mixing the truth with your deceitful lies.
The dragon that old serpent once gave you a kingdom,
He gave you universal power and a throne to rule,
After casting a third of all stars away from me out of heaven,
They fell down to earth,
Becoming the Idols of this world.
By causing much strange fire,
He made you rich with pearls,
Diamond´s and gold he hanged around your neck,
So that everybody wondered after you and his countless miracles,
Since the beginning he twisted the minds with he´s doings,
Capturing the hearts forwards your deadly deceptions,
Corporate merchants follow your seducing call,
Benefiting much from your generosity, influence and charm,
Serving unconsciously or knowingly the beast you created,
Worshiping the sun by day and by night,
Twenty four seven.
The fruits of your labor lead to destruction,
Your make war in the name of peace and unity,
Liberty of conscience is your worst enemy,
You distort my love through occult rituals,
Deception is your major tool.
Your beauty is a seducing force,
And a kind of holiness serves you as garment,
Only to justify salvation through your own works,
How holy are you….
Because…
Your ignorance screams to the sky,
Then my salvation is by grace and a gift,
Justified by the people’s faith and the trust they hold in me.
Your trade with indulgences hold no forgives,
But is rather an abomination in my eyes,
You are so talented,
Leading many precious souls to eternal perdition.
How many times I called you to come back and repent,
But you did not listen to my voice,
Nor did you soften your heart,
You say you sit as a queen,
And never be a widow,
And that sorrow shall not see your face.
Rebellion against so called tyrants,
You teach in the dark,
But rebellion against tyrants,
Is not obedience to me,
Because I remove tyrants as I please…
Politic is your chessboard,
The dialectic game your daily bread,
Your deification to self provokes my anger,
And is your greatest abomination,
As your magic,
No matter if black or white.
Drunk with your fermented wine,
You have deluded all nations,
For let me tell you mysterious gifted woman,
Your filthiness does reach above all the sky´s,
My cup of mercy is filled with sadness,
As once in the days of old,
My patience will come to an end again as foretold,
At my coming day.
For my children´s hear my call,
“Come out from her my people…”
Out from the midst of your kingdom,
For that they do not partake of your evil.
You perfected teaching,
And kept knowledge back from people,
You changed the book´s of history,
And you invented patented theologies for your own use,
By hiding the past…
Mystery Babylon the great,
You robbed the people of their future.
How many kisses you still want to force upon you?
How many feet´s you are still going to wash and kiss,
Blaspheming my name for your god´s sake,
You enjoy stealing from the ones that have,
To help the poor, with the money of others,
While your earthly riches are in abundance
And reach above every earthly the sky,
Your kingdom is fallen,
As fallen as you are,
No hiding places found,
Not even behind the seven mountains.
Your foundation will soon be hit,
Hit and broke by the rock of truth,
Your battle of learning against learning,
Your attends in teaching against teaching,
Will come to an end.
With spiritual exercises you like to deceive all minds,
Instead of repenting,
You imitate me poorly in my character,
While you enjoy using my name in vain,
What has been fulfilled two thousand years ago,
You fulfill daily,
Indeed you are enlighten,
No doubt you are illuminated,
But not by my word,
The light of truth.
Then you speak of me,
As a blind man is speaking of colors,
Pride against me made you rebellious,
And will rise for a little longer,
But your kingdom will not last forever,
As your works of vanity are coming to light,
You say “who I am to judge or to be judged,"
But you miss no opportunity to spread your venom.
Whosoever does not walk with you,
Crossing over the bridge that you have built,
Everyone of that kind,
You call an enemy,
But the poor in spirit know your plan,
For they are blessed,
Able to see their need,
For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
My walls of safety you seek to destroy,
Ruling from your high fortress,
Your knights are ready,
Obedient to the core,
Always ready to your service,
Dressed in the armors you prepared for them.
They hold their swords submissive under yours,
Protecting the castle you built over my holy mountain.
But let me tell you….
As there were in time of Elijah once seven thousand,
That did not bow down their knees before you,
I will have this time twelve times twelve thousand,
Dressed in the armors I forged for them,
And they will not bow down,
Not before you nor to your mark of authority,
Surrounded and strengthened by my angels,
They will be victorious and not see death at all.
Deceit always prospered under your rule,
How many you destroyed through poverty?
And how many you destroyed through prosperity?
The blood of the saints is on your clothes,
And still…
Your daily sacrifices provoke me in my peace,
Exult yourself in your heart a little longer,
Why don´t you want to see your pride?
Confess and return to me,
Repent from all your evil ways,
Because MY KINGDOM is at hand.
----------
And the dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority…
The Pax Romana has ceased,
Everything of old is made new,
Universal confusion rules the day,
But wherever a Bishop holds his staff,
The old ancient order is preserved.
The new Papal Rome,
Slowly ascends above the horizon,
And the Roman Emperors are no more,
But Pontifex Maximus abides over all,
Subduing the old civilization and tribes of the north,
Claiming to be the Vicar of Christ,
Vicarius Filii Dei.
You convert them to your creed,
Serving you as father and judge supreme,
You say you hold the keys of Peter,
The power to unlock heaven and hell,
To lose and bind the above as the below,
You declared yourself to be the ultimate Bridgebuilder,
To be like and above the most high.
But where did you come from?
And what was once thy name?
On which foundation have you built your system of beliefs,
Your traditions, your altars of sacrifice and your cults of death?
How did you survive for centuries?
What is your agenda, your secret to worldly success?
And why were you hidden for so long from the common eye?
You hold the title Pontifex Maximus,
That has its origin in the ancient times of the Chaldeans,
And can be traced back to the empire of Babylon,
Once conquered by the Medo-Persians,
Your Priesthood revolted,
And was driven out of the Medo -Persian Empire,
Taking with them their believes,
Their titles and vestures,
Mithraism,
And even the ungodly fish heads of Dagon.
Your Babylonian Priests of old,
Initiated in the secret teachings of ancient times,
Well instructed in the worship of the sun,
Dressed in colors of purple and crimson,
Symbolizing royalty / kingship and blood / sacrifice,
Established soon a new religious and cultural center,
High up on top of the mountain,
At a place called Pergamum what means elevation or exalted.
Above who you think to elevate yourself,
Or to be exalted on this conspicuous mountain,
Where scripture speaks of,
Is the seat of the Dragon,
The throne of Satan?
How is it that you never were conquered?
Nor by Greeks or by Romans?
Literally spoken,
Your place was the place,
Where the famous altar of Zeus stood.
Your temples and theatres became a magnet for the people,
Wisely situated along the Roman postal road,
And after Alexandria,
You established the second largest library,
All this grew your political and spiritual influence.
The serpent wrapped around a pole,
Asclepius, the serpent god,
Became your medical symbol,
And much more,
As like today,
You welcomed every religious sect,
And even my people were within your ranks.
When King Attalus in 133BC,
Had bequeathed his title Pontifex Maximus,
To the pagan Roman Emperors,
State and Religion once more found and kissed each other,
And the seeds of Paganism began to bear fruit.
As the years past,
From the reign of Julius Caesar to Augustus,
The authority in the person of the Emperor increased,
Even the Jews proclaimed,
“We have no King but Caesar.”
The use of Dominus Noster ("Our Lord") was recommended,
Meanwhile Christianity merged out of Judaism,
Through the holy sacrifice of the KING of Kings,
And shortly after,
Emperor Nero counseled by his mystic Simon Magus,
Started to persecute the Christians as consequence.
When Satan realized,
That he could not destroy Christianity,
Through vile persecution,
He changed his tactic slowly,
From persecution to deception,
But this time most successfully.
While the time passed,
In the reign of Constantine,
Emperor Constantine converted to Christianity,
He kept the title Pontifex Maximus,
And in 322AD he baptized Paganism.
He lowered the standards of Christianity,
Trying to bring peace, unity and security,
He also transferred the Lord´s seventh Day to Sun-day,
Marrying Paganism with Christianity.
As time went on…
In 378AD Emperor Gratian refused the title,
And officially proclaimed Pontifex Maximus,
Is unbefitting for a Christian.
Damascus who was Bishop of Rome,
Then took the title upon himself,
Crowning himself as the Ultimate Bridgebuilder.
In exchange for religious tolerance and acceptance,
The true principals of Christianity,
Were sacrificed,
To accommodate Pagan beliefs,
For this,
Pergamon represents,
The historical period of compromise.
My dear church in Pergamon,
Not only fraternized and compromised,
With those who held the doctrines of Baalam,
By eating things sacrificed to idols,
And by committing spiritual fornication.
But when you started shaking hands with the Nicolaitans,
Many of you fell from truth,
And from there,
Into spiritual decline and moral corruption.
Through Syncretism and doctrinal error,
By uplifting works over faith,
Yes even over the grace of God,
Many of my people went astray.
And as it happened in the past,
When my people worshipped in pagan cults,
And obscure festivals,
There is and will be,
“Nothing new under the sun.”
Within the midst of Pergamon,
Some few held fast to my name,
And did not deny my faith,
Even in those days,
Wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr,
Who was slain among you,
Where Satan dwelled.
Since the drift from the true faith of the early apostles,
There were always those,
Who sought to maintain the true faith in Christ,
Those that kept faithful and loyal,
Even through the centuries of spiritual darkness that followed.
The promise to the faithful of Pergamos,
“To him that overcometh,
Will I give to eat from the hidden Manna,
A new life in Christ,
And will give him a white stone,
What means,
(Freedom from slavery of sin.)
And in that stone,
A new name written,
Which no man knoweth,
Saving He that receiveth it.”
The new name represents a transformed character,
Through the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit.
To walk on in history…
Compromise and deception continued its way,
Meanwhile the Roman Empire broke to pieces,
And fell into ten parts by 476AD,
The rise of the famous ten horns,
Or better,
The birth of the ten Kingdoms,
Including…
Alemanni, Franks, Anglo-Saxons,
Burgundians, Visigoths, Suevi,
Lombards, Heruli, Vandals and Ostrogoths.
By the end of 538AD,
Emperor Justinian decreed Christianity,
To be the official Religion of the Empire,
Joining Church and State,
The two swords of authority,
Uniting the civil and religious power “just for once again.”
This was the beginning of the dark ages,
The rise and reign of the little horn power,
That would dominate and manipulate not only Europe,
But the whole world.
During this time,
“He shall speak great words against the most High,
And shall wear out the saints of the most High,
And think to change times and laws:
And they shall be given into his hand
Until a time and times
And the dividing of time.”
Or in other words,
For 1260 years.
What moves us from the church of Pergamon,
Forwards to the church of Thyatria,
Not only in metaphor,
But also in space and time…
West of Pergamos,
On the imperial Road,
We find Thyatria,
What means “sweet savour of labor”,
Famous for its industries of dyeing clothes,
Especially for the colors of purple and crimson.
Apollo, the sun god,
Was the chief deity of the city,
In a spiritual sense spoken,
You dressed sun-worship into a garb of Christianity.
You replaced the elevating truth and hope of the gospel,
With forms, rituals and objects,
Substituting and sacrificing faith for works.
Masquerading pagan deity’s under gospel titles,
You ended up replacing,
The way, the truth and the life.
The vestments of the priesthood remained,
In purple and crimson,
The symbols of Dagon the fish god,
Became the symbols of the so called,
“Shepards of the flock”,
And the ancient Babylonian mysteries were reintroduced.
The church became again a temple of sacrifice,
Rebuking at the altar,
And in plain sight,
Through round wafers, wine and transubstantiation,
The true victory,
The only holy sacrifice established at the cross.
The Cult of the Saints was stimulated,
By pagan concepts of inferior divinities,
Demigods and Demons,
Blood sacrifices to Idols and Saints,
Religious festivals of worship were incorporated,
By tradition in the name of true worship.
There you occupy and sit,
On my holy mountain,
Above all the waters,
Nations, people and multitudes,
Overlooking the geopolitical and religious chessboard of time.
“Unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write;
These things saith the Son of God,
Who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire,
And his feet are like fine brass;
I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith,
And thy patience,
And thy works;
And the last to be more than the first…”
“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee,
Because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel,
Which calleth herself a prophetess,
To teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication,
And to eat things sacrificed unto idols.
And I gave her space
To repent of her fornication;
And she repented not.
Behold, I will cast her into a bed,
And them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation,
Except they repent of their deeds.
All the churches shall know that I am he
which searcheth the reins and hearts:
And I will give unto every one of you
According to your works.
But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira,
As many as have not this doctrine,
And which have not known the depths of Satan,
As they speak; I will put upon you none other burden.
But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.
He that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end,
to him will I give power over the nations:
And he shall rule them with a rod of iron;
As the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers:
Even as I received of my Father.
And I will give him the morning star.
He that hath an ear,
Let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”
“Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions;
So iniquity shall not be your ruin.”
----------
“After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings…”
In the third year of the reign of king Belshazzar
a vision appeared unto me,
even unto me Daniel,
after that which appeared unto me at the first.
And I saw in a vision;
and it came to pass,
when I saw,
that I was at Shushan in the palace,
which is in the province of Elam;
and I saw in a vision,
and I was by the river of Ulai.
Then I lifted up mine eyes, and saw,
and, behold,
there stood before the river a ram
which had two horns:
and the two horns were high;
but one was higher than the other,
and the higher came up last.
I saw the ram pushing westward,
and northward, and southward;
so that no beasts might stand before him,
neither was there any
that could deliver out of his hand;
but he did according to his will,
and became great.
And as I was considering,
behold,
an he goat came from the west
on the face of the whole earth,
and touched not the ground:
and the goat
had a notable horn between his eyes.
And he came to the ram that had two horns,
which I had seen standing before the river,
and ran unto him in the fury of his power.
And I saw him come close unto the ram,
and he was moved with choler against him,
and smote the ram,
and brake his two horns:
And there was no power in the ram
to stand before him,
but he cast him down
to the ground,
and stamped upon him:
and there was none
that could deliver the ram out of his hand.
Therefore the he goat waxed very great:
and when he was strong,
the great horn was broken;
and for it came up four notable ones
toward the four winds of heaven.
And out of one of them came forth a little horn,
which waxed exceeding great,
toward the south,
and toward the east,
and toward the pleasant land.
And it waxed great,
even to the host of heaven;
and it cast down some of the host
and of the stars to the ground,
and stamped upon them.
Yea, he magnified himself
even to the prince of the host,
and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away,
and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
And an host was given him
against the daily sacrifice
by reason of transgression,
and it cast down the truth to the ground;
and it practised, and prospered.
Then I heard one saint speaking,
and another saint said unto that certain saint
which spake,
How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice,
and the transgression of desolation,
to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?
And he said unto me,
Unto two thousand and three hundred days;
then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.
And it came to pass,
when I,
even I Daniel,
had seen the vision,
and sought for the meaning,
then,
behold,
there stood before me
as the appearance of a man.
And I heard
a man's voice
between the banks of Ulai,
which called,
and said,
Gabriel,
make this man to understand the vision.
So he came near where I stood:
and when he came,
I was afraid,
and fell upon my face:
but he said unto me,
Understand,
O son of man:
for at the time of the end shall be the vision.
Now as he was speaking with me,
I was in a deep sleep
on my face toward the ground:
but he touched me,
and set me upright.
And he said,
Behold,
I will make thee know what shall be
in the last end of the indignation:
for at the time appointed the end shall be.
The ram which thou sawest
having two horns
are the kings of Media and Persia.
And the rough goat
is the king of Grecia:
and the great horn
that is between his eyes
is the first king.
Now that being broken,
whereas four stood up for it,
four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation,
but not in his power.
And in the latter time of their kingdom,
when the transgressors are come to the full,
a king of fierce countenance,
and understanding dark sentences,
shall stand up.
And his power shall be mighty,
but not by his own power:
and he shall destroy wonderfully,
and shall prosper,
and practise,
and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
And through his policy also
he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand;
and he shall magnify himself in his heart,
and by peace shall destroy many:
he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes;
but he shall be broken without hand.
And the vision of the evening and the morning
which was told is true:
wherefore shut thou up the vision;
for it shall be for many days.
And I Daniel fainted,
and was sick certain days;
afterward I rose up,
and did the king's business;
and I was astonished at the vision,
but none understood it.
The Time of Restoration
In the first year of Darius
the son of Ahasuerus,
of the seed of the Medes,
which was made king
over the realm of the Chaldeans;
in the first year of his reign
I Daniel understood by books
the number of the years,
whereof the word of the LORD
came to Jeremiah the prophet,
that he would accomplish
seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.
And I set my face unto the Lord God,
to seek by prayer and supplications,
with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:
and I prayed unto the LORD my God,
and made my confession, and said,
O Lord, the great and dreadful God,
keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him,
and to them that keep his commandments;
we have sinned, and have committed iniquity,
and have done wickedly,
and have rebelled,
even by departing from thy precepts
and from thy judgments:
neither have we hearkened unto thy servants the prophets,
which spake in thy name to our kings,
our princes, and our fathers,
and to all the people of the land.
O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee,
but unto us confusion of faces,
as at this day; to the men of Judah,
and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem,
and unto all Israel,
that are near,
and that are far off,
through all the countries
whither thou hast driven them,
because of their trespass
that they have trespassed against thee.
O Lord, to us belongeth confusion of face,
to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers,
because we have sinned against thee.
To the Lord our God belong mercies and forgivenesses,
though we have rebelled against him;
neither have we obeyed the voice of the LORD our God,
to walk in his laws,
which he set before us by his servants the prophets.
Yea, all Israel have transgressed thy law,
even by departing,
that they might not obey thy voice;
therefore the curse is poured upon us,
and the oath that is written in the law of Moses the servant of God,
because we have sinned against him.
And he hath confirmed his words,
which he spake against us,
and against our judges that judged us,
by bringing upon us a great evil:
for under the whole heaven hath not been done
as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
As it is written in the law of Moses,
all this evil is come upon us:
yet made we not our prayer before the LORD our God,
that we might turn from our iniquities,
and understand thy truth.
Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil,
and brought it upon us:
for the LORD our God is righteous in all his Works
which he doeth:
for we obeyed not his voice.
And now, O Lord our God,
that hast brought thy people forth out of the land of Egypt
with a mighty hand,
and hast gotten thee renown,
as at this day;
we have sinned, we have done wickedly.
O Lord, according to all thy righteousness,
I beseech thee,
let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem,
thy holy mountain:
because for our sins,
and for the iniquities of our fathers,
Jerusalem and thy people
are become a reproach to all that are about us.
Now therefore,
O our God,
hear the prayer of thy servant,
and his supplications,
and cause thy face
to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate,
for the Lord's sake.
O my God,
incline thine ear,
and hear;
open thine eyes,
and behold our desolations,
and the city which is called by thy name:
for we do not present our supplications before thee for our righteousnesses,
but for thy great mercies.
O Lord,
hear;
O Lord, forgive;
O Lord, hearken and do;
defer not, for thine own sake,
O my God: for thy city and thy people are called by thy name.
And whiles I was speaking, and praying,
and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel,
and presenting my supplication before the LORD my God
for the holy mountain of my God;
yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer,
even the man Gabriel,
whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning,
being caused to fly swiftly,
touched me about the time of the evening oblation.
And he informed me,
and talked with me,
and said,
O Daniel,
I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.
At the beginning of thy supplications
the commandment came forth,
and I am come to shew thee;
for thou art greatly beloved:
therefore understand the matter,
and consider the vision.
Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people
and upon thy holy city,
to finish the transgression,
and to make an end of sins,
and to make reconciliation for iniquity,
and to bring in everlasting righteousness,
and to seal up the vision and prophecy,
and to anoint the most Holy.
Know therefore and understand,
that from the going forth
of the commandment
to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince
shall be seven weeks,
and threescore and two weeks:
the street shall be built again,
and the wall,
even in troublous times.
And after threescore and two weeks
shall Messiah be cut off,
but not for himself:
and the people of the prince
that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary;
and the end thereof shall be with a flood,
and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:
and in the midst of the week
he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,
and for the overspreading of abominations
he shall make it desolate,
even until the consummation,
and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
------------
And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear….
In the last days of the kingdom of Babylon,
Belshazzar the king made a great feast,
Inviting a thousand of his lords,
To drink the wine of Babylon with him.
Whiles he tasted the wine,
He commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels,
Which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple,
From the house of God which was in Jerusalem,
That the king, his princes, his wives and his concubines might drink therein.
While they drank the wine of Babylon,
They praised the gods of gold and silver, of brass, of iron, wood and stone.
In the same hour came forth fingers of a man´s hand,
And wrote upon the plaister of the wall of the king’s palace,
And the king of Babylon saw the part of the hand that wrote.
Then the king’s countenance was changed,
And his thoughts troubled him much, so that the joints of his loins were loosed,
And his knees smote one against another.
Then the king cried out loud to bring in the astrologers,
The Chaldeans and the soothsayers.
And the king spoke and said to the wise men of Babylon,
Whosoever shall read this writing and show me the interpretation thereof,
Shall be clothed with scarlet and have a chain of gold about his neck,
And shall be third ruler in the kingdom of Babylon.
Then came in all the kings wise men,
But they could not read the writing on the wall,
Nor make known to the king the interpretation thereof.
Then was king Belshazzar greatly troubled,
And his countenance was changed in him and his lords were astounded.
Now the queen of Babylon, Belshazzar´s mother,
By reason of the words of the king came into banquet house,
And spoke:
“O King live forever, let not thy thoughts trouble thee,
Nor let thy countenance be changed.
There is a man in thy kingdom,
In whom is the spirit of the holy gods,
And in the days of thy father was found light,
Knowledge, understanding and wisdom,
Let Daniel be called to interpret the writing on the wall.”
Then was Daniel brought in before the king.
And the king spoke and said unto Daniel:
“Art thou Daniel, which art of the children of the captivity of Judah,
Whom the king my father brought out of Jewry?
The wise men and astrologers have been brought in before me,
But they could not show me the interpretation of the thing.
If thou canst read the writing,
And make known to me the interpretation thereof,
Thou shalt be clothed with scarlet and have a chain of gold about thy neck,
And shalt be the third ruler in the kingdom of Babylon.”
Then Daniel answered and said before the king:
“Let thy gifts be to thy and give thy rewards to another,
Yet I will read the writing unto the king,
And make known to him the interpretation thereof.
O thou king, the most high God, gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father a kingdom,
Majesty, glory and honour.
And for the majesty that He gave him,
All people, nations, languages trembled and feared before him.
But when his heart was lifted up and his mind hardened in pride,
He was deposed from his kingly throne,
And they took his glory from him till he knew,
That the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men,
And that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.
And thou his son, O Belshazzar, hast not humbled thine heart,
Though thou knewest all this.
Thou hast lifted up thyself against the Lord of heaven,
And they have brought the vessels of His house before thee,
And thou, and thy lords, thy wives and thy concubines,
Have drunk wine in them and thou hast praised the gods of silver,
And gold, of brass, iron, wood and stone,
Which see not, nor hear, nor know,
But the God in whose hand thy breath is,
And whose are all thy ways, hast thou not glorified.
Then was the part of the hand sent from him,
And this writing was written.
MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN
This is the interpretation of the thing:
MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom and finished it.
TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances and art found wanting.
PERES; Thy kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”
Then commanded Belshazzar,
And they clothed Daniel with scarlet and put a chain of gold about his neck,
And made a proclamation concerning him,
That he should be the third ruler in the kingdom of Babylon.
In that night was Belshazzar the king of the Chaldeans slain,
And Darius the Median took the kingdom of Babylon,
Being about threescore and two years old.
It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes,
Which should be over the whole kingdom;
And over these three presidents; of whom Daniel was first:
That the princes might give accounts unto them,
And the king should have no damage.
Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes,
Because an excellent spirit was in him;
And the king thought to set him over the whole realm.
Then the presidents and princes,
Sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom;
But they could find none occasion nor fault;
Forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel,
Except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.
Then these presidents and princes assembled together to the king,
And said thus unto him;
“King Darius, live for ever.”
All the presidents of the kingdom, the governors, and the princes,
The counsellors, and the captains,
Have consulted together,
To establish a royal statute, and to make a firm decree,
That whosoever shall ask a petition of any God or man for thirty days,
Save of thee, O king, he shall be cast into the den of lions.
Now, O king, establish the decree, and sign the writing,
That it be not changed,
According to the law of the Medes and Persians,
Which altereth not.
Wherefore king Darius signed the writing and the decree.
Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed,
He went into his house;
And his windows being open in his chamber,
Toward Jerusalem,
He kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed,
And gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.
Then these men assembled,
And found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God.
Then they came near, and spake before the king,
Concerning the king's decree;
“Hast thou not signed a decree,
That every man that shall ask a petition of any God or man within thirty days,
Save of thee, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions?”
The king answered and said;
“The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians,
Which altereth not.”
Then answered they and said before the king:
“Daniel, which is of the children of the captivity of Judah,
Regardeth not thee, O king,
Nor the decree that thou hast signed,
But maketh his petition three times a day.”
Then the king, when he heard these words, was sore displeased with himself,
And set his heart on Daniel to deliver him:
And he laboured till the going down of the sun to deliver him.
Then these men assembled unto the king, and said unto the king,
“Know, O king, that the law of the Medes and Persians is,
That no decree nor statute which the king establisheth may be changed.”
Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel,
And cast him into the den of lions.
Now the king spake and said unto Daniel,
“Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.”
And a stone was brought, and laid upon the mouth of the den;
And the king sealed it with his own signet,
And with the signet of his lords;
That the purpose might not be changed concerning Daniel.
Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting:
Neither were instruments of musick brought before him:
And his sleep went from him.
Then the king arose very early in the morning,
And went in haste unto the den of lions.
And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel:
And the king spake and said to Daniel,
“O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God,
Whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?”
Then said Daniel unto the king, ”O king, live for ever.
My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths,
That they have not hurt me:
Forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me;
And also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.”
Then was the king exceeding glad for him,
And commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den.
So Daniel was taken up out of the den,
And no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God.
And the king commanded,
And they brought those men which had accused Daniel,
And they cast them into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives;
And the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces,
Or ever they came at the bottom of the den.
Then king Darius wrote unto all people, nations, and languages,
That dwell in all the earth;
Peace be multiplied unto you.
I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom,
Men tremble and fear before the God of Daniel:
For he is the living God, and stedfast for ever,
And his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed,
And his dominion shall be even unto the end.
He delivereth and rescueth,
And he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth,
Who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.
So Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius the Median,
And in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.
And Daniel knew and studied the prophecies of Isaiah,
Where it was written down long before Cyrus even was born,
Or even named:
“Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus,
Whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him;
I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates;
And the gates shall not be shut;
He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure:
Even saying to Jerusalem,
Thou shalt be built; and to the temple,
Thy foundation shall be laid.”
And Cyrus king of Persia was well informed through Daniel and said,
Related the prophecies of Isaiah:
“The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth;
And he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah”
And Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD,
Which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem,
And had put them in the house of his gods;
The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me,
Because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
To proclaim freedom for the captives
And release from darkness for the prisoners.
And Daniel remembered himself back in time,
To the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon,
(Only a few years, before the kingdom of Babylon,
Was conquered by Darius the Median,)
That Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed:
And he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.
“I saw in my vision by night, and, behold,
The four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.
And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings:
I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth,
And made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear,
And it raised up itself on one side,
And it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it:
Symbolizing Babylon, Lydia and Egypt,
And they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard,
Which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl;
The beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.
After this I saw in the night visions,
And behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly;
And it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces,
And stamped the residue with the feet of it:
And it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it;
And it had ten horns.
I considered the horns, and, behold,
There came up among them another little horn,
Before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots:
And, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man,
And a mouth speaking great things.
These great beasts, which are four, are four kings,
Which shall arise out of the earth,
Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast,
Which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful,
Whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass;
Which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;
And of the ten horns that were in his head,
And of the other which came up, and before whom three fell;
Even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things,
Whose look was more stout than his fellows.
I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints,
And prevailed against them;
Until the Ancient of days came,
And judgment was given to the saints of the most High;
And the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth,
Which shall be diverse from all kingdoms,
And shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
And he shall speak great words against the most High,
And shall wear out the saints of the most High,
And think to change times and laws:
And they shall be given into his hand,
Until a time and times and the dividing of time.
But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion,
To consume and to destroy it unto the end.
And the kingdom and dominion,
And the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven,
Shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High,
Whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
And all dominions shall serve and obey him.
Hitherto is the end of the matter.
As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me,
And my countenance changed in me:
But I kept the matter in my heart.
----------
The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings…
The ancient mysteries called you Chaos,
Cush, also known as Bel, the ringleader, the confounder, the mingler,
The architect of the city of Babel,
The designer of a supposedly alternative portal to God,
You are the son of Ham, later known as Hermes,
Mercury, the winged god,
Who became the great prophet of idolatry and merchandise.
In the beginning, you Cush, begat Nimrod, the huntsmen, the builder,
Later also known as Ninus / Osiris, the divine child and savior,
Also known as Bacchus, the god of wine and revelry,
You Nimrod indeed became a mighty one in the earth,
By building your kingdom in the land of Shinar,
Covered in leopard skin, holding the sign of Marduk,
Who also is known as the horned one,
Crowned with the mark of Cain, the mark of earthly authority,
You became a god of confusion,
And a mighty rebel and hunter against Me.
Oh Nimrod,
Could you not see the fruits of your enmity against the heavens,
By walking after the sight of your own eyes?
Not subject to my laws and principals,
Ruling by the imagination of your own heart,
You shaped all nations into one language, one speech and one mind,
Separating in your rebellion even the heavens from the earth.
Both of you, Nimrod as your wife Semiramis,
Also known as Isis or Ishtar, the “queen of heaven”,
Once proclaimed to me:
“We do not desire understanding and knowledge of Thy ways”,
“Let us break Your bands asunder, and cast Your cords from us.”
So it came to pass, as your people journeyed, coming from the east,
That they found a plain in the land of Shinar,
And they said to one to another,
Go let us build a city and a tower,
Whose top may reach unto heaven;
And let us make us a name,
Lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.
And I came down to see the city and the tower,
Which the children of men builded,
And I said: Behold, the people are one,
And they have all one language,
And nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined.
Let Us go down, and confound their language,
That they may not understand one another's speech.
So I scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth,
And they left off to build the city.
Therefore is the name of it called Babel,
Because I confounded the language of all the earth,
And from thence did I scatter them abroad upon the face of the earth.
Because I divided the nations in the earth after the flood.
The first attend of a new world order established by Nimrod,
Was now shattered to pieces,
But shortly after Nimrod himself perished in its ruins,
A loud wail ascended to heaven among the people,
In those days began the weeping for the death of Nimrod,
Later remembered as the weeping for Tammuz,
The guilt of which even the daughters of Israel,
Allowed themselves to be implicated.
Remembered as the famous huntsman,
Semiramis, “the mother of Babylon”, “the queen of heaven”,
Received a rude shock to her power,
So that her ambition took a even higher flight,
Her husband Nimrod, honored as a hero to his lifetime,
In death she made him worshipped as a god,
And promised him to the people as “the woman’s seed”,
“The seed of fire.”
Deified and placed among the stars,
Nimrod also became known under the name Orion,
And Semiramis (Isis) justified worship to herself,
By giving birth to her son Ninus (Osiris),
On the third day after the winter solstice,
Who she claimed to be the incarnation of her spouse,
Semiramis raised to divinity too, as well as her son,
And that day was the 25th of December.
The object was to bind all men in blind and absolute submission,
Under a religious, deceitful and often tyrannical authority,
Dominion over the faith of men,
Through education, ceremonies, laws, doctrines, traditions and entertainment,
All knowledge sacred or profane, monopolized by the priesthood,
The initiates of the mystery schools of ancient Babylon.
This was the beginning of the mother of mysteries,
The religious matrix of false Mediatrix,
And the unholy trinity, of father, mother, son (sun) - worship,
The origin of the bridge builders and the sovereign pontiffs,
The daily sacrifices and mass ceremonies of the sun and the moon,
The rosary and the worship to the sacred heart,
Prayers to the dead, lamps, wax and candles,
Child baptism, Relic worship and idol processions,
Purgatory, sacraments and confessions,
Religious orders, priests and hierarchies.
The rebellious fruits of Nimrod and Semiramis,
Their traditions, doctrines and principals,
Continued to flourish in men´s hearts, minds, faiths, works and souls.
This is the wine of Babylon,
From that all nations, people and multitudes became drunk thereof,
Centuries after centuries, yeah millennia’s,
It calmed the thirst of the people, like the waters of a salty, poisonous river,
That reached over time to all four corners of the earth.
Babylon, Oh Babylon,
There is really no wisdom in your kingdom,
How often I revealed my Name and my Character to you,
But you had no eyes to see, no ears to hear,
How often I spoke to your heart, and into the ears of all the people,
But you refused to hearken, and pulled away your shoulder,
And stopped your ears, that you should not hear.
So in the time of Nebuchadnezzar, King of Babylon, King of the North,
Who in the third year of Jehoiakim, king of Judah,
Came unto Jerusalem and besieged it.
When I gave Jehoiakim, king of Judah into his hands,
With part of the vessels of the house of God,
Which he carried into the land of Shinar,
To the house of his god,
Into the treasure house of his god.
Some of the children’s of Judah were appointed,
To serve in Nebuchadnezzar’s palace,
That they may learn the tongue and the ways of the Chaldeans,
Where four of the faithful children´s, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,
Blessed with superior understanding, wisdom and intelligence,
Impressed Nebuchadnezzar, who found them ten times better,
Than all the magicians and astrologers, that were in his realm.
In the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar,
Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams,
Wherewith his spirit was troubled and his sleep brake from him.
Then the king commanded to call the magicians,
And the astrologers, and the sorcerer’s, and the Chaldeans, .
And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream,
And my spirit was troubled to know the dream.
Then spoke the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack,
O king, live forever: tell thy servants the dream,
And we will show the interpretation.
The king answered: The thing is gone from me:
If ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof,
Ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill.
But if ye show me the dream, and the interpretation thereof,
Ye shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honor:
Therefore show me the dream, and the interpretation thereof.
They answered again and said, Let the king tell his servants the dream,
And we will show the interpretation of it.
The king answered and said,
I know of certainty that ye would gain the time,
Because ye see the thing is gone from me.
But if ye will not make known unto me the dream,
There is but one decree for you:
For ye have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me,
Till the time be changed: therefore tell me the dream,
And I shall know that ye can show me the interpretation thereof.
The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said,
There is not a man upon the earth that can show the king's matter:
Therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler,
That asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean.
And it is a rare thing that the king required,
And there is none other that can show it before the king,
Except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.
For this cause the king was angry and very furious,
And commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon.
And the decree went forth that the wise men should be slain;
And they sought Daniel and his fellows to be slain.
Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch,
The captain of the king's guard,
Which was gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon:
He answered and said to Arioch the king's captain,
Why is the decree so hasty from the king?
And Arioch made the thing known to Daniel.
Then Daniel desired of the king that he would give him time,
And that he would show the king the interpretation.
Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to
Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions:
That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven
Concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish
With the rest of the wise men of Babylon.
Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision.
And Daniel blessed the God of heaven.
And said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever:
For wisdom and might are his:
And He changes the times and the seasons:
He removes kings, and sets up kings: He gives wisdom unto the wise,
And knowledge to them that know understanding:
He reveals the deep and secret things:
He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him.
I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers,
Who hast given me wisdom and might,
And hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee:
For thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter.
Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch,
Whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon:
He went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon:
Bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the interpretation.
Then Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in haste, and said thus unto him,
I have found a man of the captives of Judah,
That will make known unto the king the interpretation.
The king answered and said to Daniel,
Whose name was Belteshazzar,
Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen,
And the interpretation thereof?
Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said,
The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men,
The astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, show unto the king;
But there is a God in heaven that reveals secrets,
And makes known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days.
Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;
As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed,
What should come to pass hereafter: and he that reveals secrets,
Makes known to thee what shall come to pass.
But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom,
That I have more than any living,
But for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king,
And that thou might know the thoughts of thy heart.
Thou, O king, saw, and behold a great image.
This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee;
And the form thereof was terrible.
This image's head was of fine gold,
His breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,
His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.
Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands,
Which smote the image upon his feet,
That were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold,
Broken to pieces together,
And became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors;
And the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them:
And the stone that smote the image became a great mountain,
And filled the whole earth.
This is the dream;
And we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.
Thou, O king, art a king of kings:
For the God of heaven hath given thee a kingdom,
Power, and strength, and glory.
And wheresoever’s the children of men dwell,
The beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven
Hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all.
Thou art this head of gold.
And after thee shall arise another kingdom inferior to thee,
And another third kingdom of brass,
Which shall bear rule over all the earth.
And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron:
Forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things:
And as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes,
Part of potters' clay, and part of iron,
The kingdom shall be divided;
But there shall be in it of the strength of the iron,
Forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay,
So the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay,
They shall mingle themselves with the seed of men:
But they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom,
Which shall never be destroyed:
And the kingdom shall not be left to other people,
But it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms,
And it shall stand for ever. Forasmuch as thou sawest,
That the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands,
And that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold;
The great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter:
And the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.
Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face and said,
Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods,
And a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets,
Seeing thou couldest reveal this secret.
Then the king made Daniel a great man,
And made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon,
And chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon.
And Daniel requested of the king,
To set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego,
Over the affairs of the province of Babylon:
But Daniel sat in the gate (the court) of the king.
And Daniel continued even unto the first year of king Cyrus.

United Leaders (One Love, One Faith, One Hope...)A.k.a: The Big Meltdown
Individual Fragments
Caught in a large picture
Merging with an idea to adapt their selves
Conducted by noble kings and moral lords
Of fallen nations and united people
May this be the world of tomorrow
A global economic and political village?
What is the meaning of unity
Where is real advantage, which price you got to pay,
And what does it cost the individual on behalf of the general public
What weights heavier on the heart
The unity or the truth
And what is the value of unity without the truth?
What is right and where is justice
Who prevails and directs over it
Where is the easy way, where the stony one
Does Demo-crazy end and where it starts
How much truth or how much lies the world can carry
How much war needs the world to find united peace?
And what is then love?
Often forced by the law of the strongest
And how much blood, gold and silver still must be traded
Instead of charity and your free will of choice?
What is our safety?
How much does freedom costs?
Where is the truth in confidence hidden
And freedom worth sacrificing
For the love of security
While losing them both
And all....
Our faith, the love, the hope and yet so much more?
------------
Liberty
Our hope is green,
Our blood is red,
But the memory there of,
Has faded away.
50 years have passed,
Many things have changed,
But the idea of liberty,
Still remains the same.
To understand the present,
We must know the past,
But to see the difference,
We have to learn from the past.
The censured words from yesterday
Are the slogans of today,
The censured words from today,
Are the persecuted of tomorrow.
The armillary sphere has smelted,
Into twelve yellow stars,
And the lesser coat of Arms,
In your imagination only… still alive.
There the Portuguese Shield,
The golden castles,
Even the Stigmas of Christ,
And all the kings you can see,
But at the altar´s of empires,
Sovereignty is offered to idols,
Foreign authority worshipped,
And Liberty daily sacrificed,
National fragmented Constitutions
Substituted by superior laws,
Through intimidations and threats,
Sanctioned and ruled by supranational courts.
Many tongues have been silenced,
And many hearts have been bought,
But for “the love of democracy”,
All tongues must speak in one accord.
In the name of Solidarity,
Where Charity is forced and Freedoms conditioned,
Nothing happens voluntary,
Not even in the name of love.
When Liberty is caged and imprisoned,
And is confused with an animal,
Even when watched and feat,
Liberty becomes invisible and does no longer exist.
Liberty cannot be possessed,
Nor won for an hour,
It only can be practiced,
By the understanding of the Grace of God.
Liberdade
A nossa esperança é verde,
O nosso sangue, vermelho,
Mas a lembrança de tal,
há desvanecido.
Decorridos 50 anos,
muito há que mudou,
porém, a ideia de liberdade
não se alterou.
Para compreender o presente,
É necessário conhecer o passado,
Mas, para verificar a diferença,
Temos que aprender como foi.
As palavras censuradas de ontem,
São os slogans de hoje,
As palavras censuradas de hoje
São as que serão perseguidas amanhã.
A esfera armilar há sido soldada,
em forma de 12 pálidas estrelas,
E o brasão de armas,
Vivo apenas na imaginação…
Lá, o escudo português,
os castelos dourados,
Até as quinas de Cristo,
E todos os reis,
conseguem-se ver,
Mas, no altar dos impérios,
Soberania é a oferenda dada aos ídolos,
A autoridade exogena venerada,
E a liberdade diariamente sacrificada.
Nada ocorre voluntariamente
